Shore 2 Residences

DO NOT RECOMMEND! ESPECIALLY FAMILIES/ CHILDREN!! i cannot even express how bad this place is. it looks very nice in the lobby and from the outside but staff and facilities here are awful. please note that i never leave reviews for anything but this place to just too bad to allow other people stay here especially families/children. No garbage chute only garbage ROOM - where all residences on that floor throw their Bins into ONE room. and the whole floor STINKS VERY BADLY. Staff here are incredibly RUDE, i understand that this is a residences however if someone does not understand certain policies or rules it is the staffs job to explain. I am a Filipino Australian so i understand but can’t speak the language so when we went to the pool with my baby and younger siblings, the security guard asked me in Tagalog if we had signed in, i answered “no sorry” (because we have NOT been here before and DO NOT know what to do) The lady security guard mumbles “oh you’re foreigners” and ROLLS HER EYES AND SIGHS AT US. what kind of attitude is that absolutely awful and until i told her that was very rude only then did she apologise and explain to us better. i’m not asking them to fully help me at all just explain without attitude. but no the staff specifically the women here give the most disgusting attitude i have ever seen in my life. this is not the first time this has happened here but this is just the example i’m giving you today. i’ve been in Philippines for about a month and been to many places but nothing compares to how rude the staff are here. DO NOT RECOMMEND! please look after yourself and do not allow yourself to be put into this position. Notes: Washing machine does not work, half the cabinets were broken on arrival. toilet including toilet paper was soaking wet. i honestly could go on and on. Also these are just come pictures of the room we booked. this is untouched by us and how the room was given to us. pls do not waste your time and money here. if i could give ZERO stars i would.

Nice accomodation but had the worst parking fee policy and rude parking attendant!! We raised it to the front desk upon checking in and they said they do receive a lot of complaints but didn't do anything about it. Overcharged and they would make you feel like it's your fault you brought car upon checking in. I've never looked down on people's jobs nor be rude, but the experience we had with the parking attendant made me think otherwise. I highly recommend to look for somewhere else to book. Please, not worth trying.

Shore Residences Tower 2 is a good location to stay around the Pasay area. It is situated nearby the SM Mall of Asia as well as the other establishments present in that locale. There is a pool where guests and residents can relax and unwind. Mailboxes are also a nice feature in this condominium. Several stores and food shops are also lodged within the complex at the ground floor where you can avail of anything you would want or need.

Shore residences is a residential & light commercial development in the city of Pasay not far from the mall of Asia to which both this residential development as well as the mall are owned by the SM group. Shore residences is not a luxury development but it is still very nice and maintained well and one of the attractions is the wide variety of Chinese restaurants at the street level

Worst experiences as a tenant. My landlords are fine but SMDC's policies for tenants are the worst. You could choose to live here for an extended period of time but you will still be treated like an AIRBNB guest and would need to have the unit's owner send emails at every turn. You pay for such expensive assoc dues and get hassled each time you want to use their amenities even when your lease contract stipulated all your rights. They also implement random policies that aren't even in the handbook. This is not my experience with other condo developers. I'd give 0 stars, heck even a blackhole, if I could.
